TCBG turning two conveniently coincided with soaring temperatures in Delhi, presenting us with the perfect excuse to move the celebrations to the Himalayan highs. The dozen odd members from as far as Hyderabad and Mumbai trotted off to Tirthan Valley and beyond to Tirthan Anglers' Retreat for a weekend of fun and frolic amidst breathtaking beauty. It couldn't have been better timed with an unseasonal snowfall at Jalori Pass, an aerial show by  Himalayan Griffon vultures entirely for our benefit, and a devta procession headed for the annual Banjar fair.

"There couldn't have been a better way to celebrate TCBG - a jaunt to Himachal. A gathering of dozen odd travellers, it was a mini representation of the larger group. It was a perfect setting for great conversations umpteen stories, and easy camaraderie. Personally, it was a fantastic opportunity to meet Alka, Puneetinder and fellow travel bloggers. Needless to say, came back all the more energised and inspired!"
